Terms and Conditions

 

The hire price will remain the same as quoted so long as no alteration has been made to the itinerary after the reservation has been made. Any alteration made to the journey itinerary after the reservation has been made will be charged accordingly.

 

Amendments to Bookings

When booking please ensure that you provide accurate details. Any changes made after we confirm may not be possible due to other commitments. Any request to amend must be e mailed.

 

Costs

Fuel is included in our quote however any parking charges will be added to the invoice.

 

Cancellations

All bookings must be paid in full before the hiring commences, unless stated otherwise.

 

Cancellations are subject to the following penalties off the full trip price.

  1. 20% non-refundable deposit due at the time of confirmation

  2. 6 weeks or less prior to commencement 100% penalty.

 

If a client decides to change accommodation (for whatever reason) during a tour, then the client will be liable for any extra driver overnight accommodation.

 

Force Majeure: This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or a global pandemic.

Vehicles

These company aim to provide our clients with the vehicle booked, however, we reserve the right to provide a similar vehicle if such vehicles are unavailable. The company also reserves the right to subcontract to other companies should the need arise.

Insurance

The vehicles/drivers are fully insured, including public liability. We do not accept any liability for any theft or damage to goods. We do not accept responsibility for bodily injury, sickness or death to any other person.

 

Airport/Train/Port Non-Arrival

Airport to city transfers should take no more than an hour, we therefore include 1 hour in our executive rate. If, following a reservation the client fails to arrive as predicted at the time of reservation then the chauffeur will wait a maximum of 1 hour starting from the predicted arrival time and an extra charge will apply for any additional hours.This will be charged at our basic current rate per our tariff. If after 1 hour the client fails to appear no refund will be issued.

 

Airport Delays

Flights are monitored using flight radar and airport arrivals information so allowing the chauffeur to amend his arrival time accordingly. If, however, the flight arrival time is delayed after the chauffeur's arrival at the airport then additional waiting time will be charged. If, as a result of extreme delays the chauffeur is required to return to the airport in order to collect the client then this will be done at the convenience of the company. The company is obliged to carry out other pre booked reservations and cannot cause inconvenience to other clients as a result of flight delays. If you are aware that your flight will be late, please telephone with the estimated time as soon as possible.

 

Trains/Ferries

The general Airport principal will apply although we cannot guarantee to have up to date real time arrival information on Trains and Ferries.

 

 

Delays

We do not accept liability for delays caused by traffic problems/accidents, bad weather conditions or delays caused by third parties such as ferry companies.etc.

 

 

Route

The route taken is at the driver's discretion. The driver will take the best possible route and in the event of heavy traffic may amend the route. The company do not accept responsibility for any delays. Always allow enough time for your journey.

 

 

 

Speed

Your driver will observe the relevant speed limits.

 

 

Smoking

The company has a strict NO SMOKING policy in all our vehicles including VAPES

 

 

 

Disorderly Behaviour

The company reserve the right to refuse travel to any person deemed to be a nuisance or danger or to exhibit aggressive behaviour towards our drivers or any person deemed to be working for the company or exhibit any behaviour deemed unacceptable. If necessary, the company may request the police to assist us in removing offenders from our vehicles. In these circumstances no refund will be issued, and no compensation will be paid.

 

 

Alcohol 

The consumption of alcohol is forbidden in all our vehicles.

 

 

Dogs

Guide dogs are allowed but must be declared at the time of booking.

 

 

Children

The company will provide child seats for all our vehicles. It must be stated at the time of booking if a child is travelling with the party, The age of the child must be stated at the time of the booking. The parent/carer is responsible for the installation of the seat and the safety of the child at all times. The driver will not, under any circumstances be left alone to care for a child.without an accompanying parent/carer being present.

 

 

Responsibility

The company DO NOT accept responsibility for delays due to adverse weather conditions, theft or damage of any item belonging to the passengers travelling in our vehicles. Any passengers leaving possessions or items in the vehicle do so at their own risk.

 

 

Luggage

All luggage is to be placed in the luggage compartment. The driver must agree to any item the client wishes to take into the vehicle with them.

 

 

Damage

If any of our vehicles is damaged or soiled as a result of a passenger's actions, we will charge the client named on the booking fully for the amount to rectify the vehicle and for time lost whilst the vehicle is taken out of the fleet.

 

 

Gratuities

Gratuities are at the client's discretion and are not included in the price. If the client wishes to make a gratuity payment, they may request this to be charged or deal directly with the driver.

 

 

Privacy Policy

 

We are committed to keeping information about you confidential. This includes any information you submit by e mail or by phone or in person whilst you travel with us.

 

  • We use the personal information collected to administer our services. In connection with the delivery of our services we may share the personal information with third party partners who help administer or deliver our services, but they are only permitted to use the information in connection with the delivery of our administration or services. At no time do we retain or store clients credit card details.
